I'm able to analyze problems
with qc 7 tools especially fishbone and pareto diagram , i'm able to collect
data and make a good summary (report) that can be understood easily, i'm
excited to work with small or big team due to working with team can share
everything together especially if there are problem that need solve soon , we
can brainstorming to get the best way and preventive action for future. and i'm
happy if i can share my knowledge to everyone, i'm good and quick learner but
sometimes i'm not able to work under pressure. my passion is work as a
operational team. i believe with my skills that i have i can make everything
smooth and under good control. so.. proud if i can be given opportunity to work
in this company. i'm willing to learn as always and give good contribution for
company's growth and because of my passion as operational team, so i have good
commumication with everyone especially with customer and always customer focus
and give the best service for customer expectation.
I decided to join in this
company due to i look this company fast to grow up in market (local and
international market) and the product's price almost same with the competitor
although more expensive but i believe this company easy to expand the market
due to have source and product with good quality .. so.. i choice this company
as my workplace. And if this company is not be able to make welfare for all
employees in the future but at least i ever joined and proud can work in this
company.
I know every company has
expectation and key performance for main goals. so .. if i want be good
employee , i have to follow every rules
that company has. I have skills so.. i want to make company don't have major
complaint from customer because of my good control for our internal processes..
so .. my goals is control customer with target <2major complaint per year.
